About the Role

Location: Remote

Schedule: Full-Time | 9AM–5PM PST

Industry: Bookkeeping / B2B Services

We’re looking for a highly motivated SDR to work directly with our client, owning the entire top-of-funnel process. This is a hands-on, self-driven role where you’ll build your own lead-generation engine, create daily outreach momentum, and book at least 3 qualified appointments weekly.

What You’ll Do

  • Build your own lead-generation process from scratch
  • Source leads independently + work with internal lead lists
  • Keep your phone open daily for fast call responses
  • Call, text, and follow up consistently until you get engagement
  • Create LinkedIn content that attracts quality prospects
  • Run daily LinkedIn outreach and nurture new connections
  • Book 3 qualified bookkeeping appointments per week (Month 1 target)
  • Track all conversations, touchpoints, and outcomes inside GHL

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong appointment setting background
  • Proven lead sourcing and outbound outreach experience
  • Skilled in high-volume calling, texting, and follow-ups
  • Strong phone presence & confident communication
  • Comfortable writing and posting LinkedIn content
  • Organized, process-driven, and great at documentation
  • Able to work independently without heavy supervision
  • Collaborative mindset with weekly accountability
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
