About The Role
Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-Time | Initial: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM PST | Future: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST as workload increases

We are hiring a Bookkeeper to work directly with our client, supporting a growing bookkeeping practice. This is not a junior role — the client’s current team all come from accounting backgrounds with ~5 years of experience, and the same standard applies here.
If you have strong accounting fundamentals, excellent English communication skills, and are looking for a long-term role that grows in hours and responsibility, this is a solid opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping with high accuracy and consistency
- Maintain clean, well-organized financial records
- Reconcile accounts and ensure transactional accuracy
- Prepare and review financial reports as needed
- Communicate clearly with the client regarding records, questions, and updates
- Follow established bookkeeping processes while contributing improvements
- Support increasing workload as the client’s business grows
What We’re Looking For
- Experience & Background
- Strong bookkeeping experience with an accounting background
- Ideally 5 years of accounting or accounting-related experience
- Experience working with structured financial data and reports
- Skills
- Excellent English speaking and typing skills (mandatory)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Reliable, process-driven, and well-organized
- Availability
- Willing to work 9AM–1PM PST initially
- Open to transitioning to full-time (9AM–5PM PST) as work volume grows
