Client Success Manager (Australian Real Estate)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $4,300- $4,600 AUD/month

We are looking for a Client Success Manager to work directly with a leading property investment client. You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients after they sign, guiding them seamlessly through onboarding, investment decisions, property acquisition, and settlement. This role is all about creating a white-glove, premium experience for property investors.
What You’ll Do
Client Experience & Retention
- Welcome and onboard new clients with confidence and clarity
- Guide clients through every step of their investment journey
- Provide proactive updates on timelines, meetings, documents, and next actions
- Build strong, long-lasting client relationships and maintain high satisfaction
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally
Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with mortgage brokers, property teams, sales advisors, and presenters
- Schedule client meetings (strategy session, property presentation, follow-ups)
- Coordinate contracts, documents, signatures, and key deadlines
- Communicate with developers/vendors regarding stock, updates, and variations
- Track client progress across systems to ensure no stage is missed
Operations & Admin
- Manage onboarding packs and ensure clients receive accurate information
- Maintain CRM accuracy (HubSpot / GHL)
- Document all client interactions and progress
- Support after-sales through contracts to settlement
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- 2+ years in Australian real estate, preferably in:
- Project marketing
- Investment property companies
- Property developers
- Real estate agencies serving property investors
- Experience with property investors is highly preferred
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and phone presence
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple client pipelines simultaneously
- Knowledge of contracts, vendor coordination, and property documentation
- Tech-savvy with CRM experience (HubSpot, GHL, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving capability
